Spring 2015 Cocktail: The Perfect G&T

The Perfect Gin + Tonic
1.75 oz Corsair Gin
soda water
fresh lime wedges
1. In a collins glass, combine the gin and tonic syrup.
2. Add ice.
3. Top up with soda water and garnish with lime.
4. Stir and drink up!
