Fruition Chocolate is a small bean-to-bar maker out of the Catskill Mountains in New York. Chocolatier Bryan Graham's frequent trips to his grandmother's farm in upstate New York made him fall in love with both chocolate and food at a young age. His passion was so strong that within two years of his apprenticeship at Bear Cafe in Woodstock, NY, he was promoted to Pastry Chef -- at only 18 years old!
These days, Graham is honing his craft and love for chocolate and providing us with one of the best office snacks: chocolate-covered cranberries scented with orange oil. A jar of them belongs in your desk drawer, too!
